Delete your account

Two ways to delete your Realty Reply account and everything held for it — one inside the app, one by email if you no longer have the app installed.

In the app

Open Realty Reply and go to:

Settings → Account → Delete account and all data

You will be asked to confirm. Deletion runs immediately — there is no waiting period and no reactivation window, so please export first if you want a copy.

By email

If you have already removed the app, or cannot sign in, email support@realtyreply.app from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We will confirm once it is done.

We ask you to write from the address on the account because it is the only thing proving the request is yours. A deletion someone else can trigger is its own kind of breach.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes your sign-in, your profile and your business, along with everything attached to it:

  • Services and business notes
  • Saved replies and tone settings
  • Clients, leads and follow-ups
  • Any analysis still inside its five-minute working window
  • Keyboard device registrations and push notification tokens
  • Usage and analytics records

What is kept

Deleted data is removed from the live database straight away. Residual copies can persist briefly in our hosting provider’s encrypted backups before those expire on their own schedule; they are never restored into the product.

If you only want to remove your conversations

There is nothing to remove. Realty Reply does not keep your conversations: what you analyse is used to write the reply and dropped within five minutes, screenshots are deleted the moment they have been read, and no setting changes either. The button that used to do this has been removed because it had nothing left to delete.

If you want a copy of what we do hold — your profile, services, hours and saved replies — use Settings → Your data → Export my data.

Before you go

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Those are managed by the store, not by us — cancel in App Store → Subscriptions or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or you may keep being billed for an app you no longer have.

More detail on what is stored in the first place is in our privacy policy.
