Your licence to the app

Realty Reply from the Apple App Store is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. That agreement covers your licence to the app itself. These terms cover the Realty Reply service behind it — your account, your content, and what we do and do not do with your clients’ messages.

What Realty Reply is

Realty Reply is operated by Superfime LLC, and “we” below means that company. It is a writing assistant: it drafts suggested replies to your client messages. It never sends a message on your behalf. Everything it produces is a draft placed in your message box, and every send is an action you take.

You are responsible for what you send

AI-generated text can be wrong. It can misread a screenshot, misjudge a situation, or state a fact, price or date that does not apply to the client or property in front of you. You are responsible for reading a draft before you send it, and for everything you send. Realty Reply is not a party to your agreements with your clients.

Realty Reply does not give legal, tax, lending or financial advice. You are responsible for making sure your messages comply with the fair housing, advertising and licensing rules where you work.

Your account

• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
• Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not use Realty Reply to send unlawful, harassing or deceptive messages, or to send bulk unsolicited messages.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Your content

The conversations, business details and services you give Realty Reply remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you — processing what you submit in order to produce a draft, and storing it only where you have turned storage on. See our privacy policy for what that means in practice.

You are responsible for having the right to submit what you submit, including your clients’ messages.

Plans and billing

Realty Reply Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, billed weekly or yearly. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their terms govern payment, renewal and refunds. The price and the billing period are shown in the app before you buy, in your own currency, because both vary by region.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and your store account is charged then, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The yearly plan begins with a free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription and is charged at the price shown when you signed up. Manage or cancel in your store account — Apple and Google are the only parties who can, and we cannot cancel or refund on your behalf. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running until the end of the period you have already paid for.

After a subscription ends, your account keeps working on the free tier: the keyboard, your saved replies and your business details stay where they are.

Paid plans do not meter replies. A fair-use limit applies to screenshot reads, so that one account cannot degrade the service for everyone else; if you reach it we will tell you it is a fair-use limit rather than a plan limit, and you can ask us to raise it.

Availability

We aim to keep Realty Reply working, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption. Features may change, and we may retire ones that do not work. The service depends on third-party AI providers and on the mobile platforms, and their outages will be ours too.

Ending it

You can stop using Realty Reply and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will explain why where we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Realty Reply is provided as-is, and we are not liable for lost business, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from your use of it — including from a draft you sent. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We will update these terms as the product changes, and the date at the top will say when. Continuing to use Realty Reply after a change means accepting the updated terms.
