Scenarios

Every client message deserves the right reply.

From a new Zillow lead to a nervous seller or an inspection update, Realty Reply helps you respond quickly, professionally, and without staring at a blank message box.

Why replies stall

The hard part isn’t knowing what to say.

Agents rarely struggle because they don’t know the answer. They struggle because the message arrives while they’re:

  • Between showings
  • Driving to an appointment
  • Walking through a property
  • Sitting in an inspection
  • Preparing a listing presentation
  • Handling several conversations at once

You know roughly what you want to say. Realty Reply turns that thought into a client-ready reply — and you review it, edit it and send it.

Pick a situation

Find the conversation you’re in.

Six kinds of client messages every agent answers, each with real examples of what Realty Reply drafts — and why the reply works.

  • New leads

    New Leads & Inquiries

The lead just came in. How do I answer before someone else does?

Example message: Hi, I saw the house on Oak Street on Zillow. Is it still available?

Respond while the lead is still warm, understand what they’re looking for, and move the conversation toward the next step.

  • Buyer questions

    Buyer Questions

They want your opinion — but you don’t want to guess.

Example message: Do you think this house is overpriced?

Answer naturally while keeping the conversation grounded in facts, comparable properties and the next step.

  • Seller conversations

    Seller & Listing Conversations

How do I answer this without turning it into an awkward sales pitch?

Example message: Another agent said they’d charge less. What’s your commission?

Handle pricing, valuation, listing and objection conversations professionally without inventing numbers.

  • Showings

    Showings & Scheduling

One simple appointment turns into six messages.

Example message: Could we see the house Saturday morning?

Schedule, confirm and reschedule showings without stopping everything else you’re doing.

  • Offers & transactions

    Offers & Transactions

The deal is moving. Everyone wants an update.

Example message: Did the seller respond to our offer yet?

Keep buyers and sellers informed throughout offers, inspections, documents and closing without guessing at information you don’t have.

  • Follow-up & referrals

    Follow-Up, Reviews & Referrals

I need to follow up without sounding like I’m chasing them.

Example message: Sorry, we’re still thinking about it.

Stay present without being pushy — from cold leads to post-closing reviews and referrals.

How it works

Screenshot. Review. Send.

  1. 1

    Screenshot the conversation

A keyboard can’t read your messages, so Realty Reply reads the screenshot you take — one gesture you already know.

  2. 2

    It reads the situation

A new lead, a fee question, a showing request: it works out what was asked from what’s actually in the thread.

  3. 3

    It recommends the next step

It ranks the agent actions that fit and writes the reply for the one it puts first.

  4. 4

    You review, edit and send

The draft lands in your message box. Sending it is always your call.

Guardrails

Some replies it will never write.

Every example on these pages follows the same rules the app does — the rules that matter most when a client is waiting on a reply.

  • It never sends anything

Realty Reply writes the draft and puts it in your message box. Every send is a tap you make.

  • It doesn’t invent property facts

Taxes, HOA dues, other offers, a date: when the answer isn’t in the conversation, the reply says you’ll confirm it.

  • It never puts a number on a home

“What’s it worth?” gets a market analysis or a walkthrough, never a guess.

  • It never suggests what to offer

Offer questions move toward recent comparable sales and a conversation about strategy.

  • It never states your commission

A fee question gets an offer to walk them through how you work. The number is always yours to discuss.

  • It never describes neighborhoods

Questions about schools, safety or who lives nearby are pointed to objective sources they can check themselves.

  • It never handles wiring instructions

It won’t write, confirm or repeat them. Clients are told to verify by phone with their title or escrow company.

Turn client messages into professional replies.

Screenshot the conversation, pick what you want to do, and get a reply in your voice — ready for you to review, edit and send.
